🔬 How We Test

Last updated: September 2026

Research First

We start with product specifications, marketplace listings, verified purchase feedback, warranty details, and category-level buying criteria. This helps us identify products that are genuinely worth recommending to Indian shoppers.

Hands-On Checks Where Possible

When we can access a product, we evaluate setup, daily usability, build quality, performance claims, battery or power behavior, app compatibility, and common failure points. When hands-on testing is not possible, we clearly rely on public evidence and marketplace data instead of pretending to have tested it.

Price and Availability Tracking

Deals are only useful when the price is real. We track listed prices, discount percentages, stock status, and marketplace links. A product can be removed from a deal list if the price, availability, or seller quality no longer supports the recommendation.

Scoring and Rankings

Rankings prioritize value for money, reliability, feature completeness, after-sales support, and suitability for common Indian use cases. We do not rank products solely because they pay higher affiliate commissions.

Continuous Updates

Product pages are revisited when newer models launch, prices change significantly, or reader feedback highlights errors. If you spot outdated information, use the contact page so we can review it.
