Rs389. A 6mm anti-skid yoga mat with a carry strap. Rated 4 from 22,267 owner reviews.

Six millimetres is the thickness most people actually want: enough cushioning for knees and wrists on a tiled floor, not so much that you wobble in standing poses. The textured surface grips during downward dog, and the 22,000+ ratings make it one of the most-reviewed mats in India.

EVA is light and cheap but compresses over time, so a daily practitioner will wear through it faster than a TPE mat. At this price that is a fair trade.
